They Luv Beautyy Booking Policies GUEST: No more than one guest allowed DEPOSIT: A non refundable deposit of $20 is required upon booking an appointment. It is not an extra fee, it goes toward your total. If deposit has not been sent upon booking, unfortunately your appointment will be canceled. CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULE: If needing to cancel or reschedule, please inform us 24-48 hours before. A new deposit is required to reschedule another appointment. LATE: Please be on time, be aware that I have clients after you. Anything after 15 minutes, will lead to a cancellation. NO SHOWS: if you fail to inform us that you will not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment, 100% of the service will be charged. IMPORTANT: we will NOT work on damaged toenails! Damaged toe nails consist of •Cracked/split nails •Nail fungus •Ingrowns •Detachment of nails from nail bed We want to prevent the spread of infenctions as much as possible.
